ABS Plastic

ABS Plastic Sheets are a combination of three different materials Acrylonitrile, Butadiene, and Styrene, each giving its own set of useful properties. ABS provides an optimum balance of tensile impact strengths. It features ease of forming, excellent toughness and rigidity and is particularly good for deep draw vacuum forming for products likely to receive abuse in the form of knocks, scuffing and scratching. ABS also has excellent chemical resistance.

Acrylic Extruded

Acrylic Extruded is a continuously processed acrylic sheet that offers an excellent balance between rigidity, impact resistance, processing advantages and cost effectiveness.

ACM Panels

Aluminium Composite Panel consists of a thermoplastic polyethylene core that is sandwiched between two outer flat aluminium panels. The polyethylene core is bonded between the two aluminium sheets providing a very lightweight, flat, smooth and strong, rigid sheet. Aluminium Composite can be sculptured, folded, rolled without the shortfalls of deformation, wrinkling or delaminating.Our ALCOSIGN® can also be matched to your corporate colour of choice. Simply provide a sample of the selected colour, and we will produce a matched sample for your approval.

XT CAST Acrylic

cast acrylic sheets are made from 100% virgin MMA (methyl methacrylate monomer) ensuring that the highest quality product is achieved ensuring excellent clarity, weatherability and high strength.

Polycarbonate Acrylic(PC)

polycarbonate sheets offer exceptional weatherability and impact strength, making it the ideal choice for flat or moulded applications where extended service life and resistance to colour shift is required.

Proclad Aluminium Panel

With it’s high performance high fire rating performance properties, Pro Clad is the ideal product for Re-Cladding or rectification works where a non-combustible solution is required The excellent fire properties of Pro Clad make it ideal for hospitals, education, airports., hotels and residential care facilities.

PVC

PVC is similar to a PVC Foam product but with far superior quality for more demanding applications. The manufacturing process results in a “skinning” or outer layer of the foam board creating a harder, smoother and more scratch-resistant surface along with increased mechanical performance.

It is a very strong, durable and lightweight product that will not rot or delaminate like other products making it perfect for the signage and building industries.

It is very chemical resistance and can be handled and worked with many other building products such as timber. It can be routered, glued, filled, sanded and painted with standard woodworking tools whilst providing an improved surface finish
